Members' Allowances

The Members' Allowances Scheme was independently reviewed in May 2010 following the introduction of governance arrangements involving a new committee structure with the emphasis on scrutiny and liaison with the District Councils. The scheme was, in accordance with national regulations, approved before 31 March 2011 and adopted by the Authority at its Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2011.
