Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is based upon the Model Code of Conduct issued by the Government in May 2007. The Code was adopted by the Authority at its Annual General Meeting on 22 June 2007 and subsequently a very minor change was made and approved by the Authority on 27 July 2007. The Code of Conduct is taken each year to the Annual Meeting of the Authority in order to remind Members of their obligations under the Code. It was most latterly approved at the Annual Meeting held on 25 June 2010.
